Return & Refund Policy — KAMERCIO

Effective Date: November 27, 2025


1. Return & Refund Coverage

  • KAMERCIO accepts returns, exchanges, or refunds within 30 days of delivery.

  • Requests after 30 days are not eligible.


2. Conditions for Returns

To be approved, jackets must be:
✔ Unworn and unused (only indoor trial allowed)
✔ Unwashed and unaltered (no tailoring, embroidery, or modifications)
✔ Free from stains, scratches, scuffs, tears, or damage
✔ Free from odors (perfume, smoke, deodorant, chemical, or storage smell)
✔ In original packaging with tags and accessories (buttons, zippers, belts, laces, etc.) intact

If any condition fails, KAMERCIO may decline the return or offer a partial refund only after customer agreement.


3. Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made, made-to-measure, personalized jackets (patches, engraving, design edits)

  • Clearance or limited-drop items labeled Final Sale

These items cannot be returned unless a defect is proven from KAMERCIO’s side.


4. Return Shipping & Refund Rules

Notes:

  • Original delivery shipping charges are non-refundable except for defect/damage/wrong item.

  • Custom duties, VAT, import taxes, and other fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Buyers must check their country’s customs policy before ordering.


5. Exchanges

  • Only size changes can be approved.

  • Color changes are not allowed.

  • Exchanges depend on stock availability.


6. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days after inspection.

  • Bank/payment provider processing may take 5–10 business days.


7. How to Request a Return

  1. Email: kamercio365@gmail.com

  2. Include Order Number, reason for return, and photos if defective/damaged/wrong item.

  3. Wait for KAMERCIO approval and instructions.

  4. Ship the jacket only after approval confirmation.

⚠️ Unapproved returns may not be accepted.
