Shipping Policy — KAMERCIO

1. Free Shipping

  • All orders from KAMERCIO are shipped free of charge, worldwide.


2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 5 business days.

  • Handcrafted jackets may require extra attention; production and dispatch timing may vary slightly.

  • Customers receive a shipping confirmation email once the order is dispatched.


3. Delivery Estimates

Worldwide 12–15 business days (Standard Shipping)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier service, weather, customs, or unforeseen delays.


4. International Shipping — Customs, Taxes & Duties

  • Custom duties, VAT, import taxes, and other fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Buyers should check their country’s customs regulations before placing an order.

  • Refusal to pay customs charges may result in failed delivery or item return, in which case a refund is not guaranteed.


5. Address & Contact Accuracy

  • Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address and contact number.

  • KAMERCIO is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect buyer information.


6. Tracking & Delivery

  • Tracking ID is shared once available from the courier partner.

  • Courier partners attempt delivery multiple times depending on their policy.

  • Successful delivery confirmation (signature or proof of receipt) marks transfer of responsibility to the customer.


7. Package Loss or Damage

If the package is:

📦 Lost in Transit: KAMERCIO investigates with the courier and may issue a refund or replacement if validated.
📦 Damaged in Transit: Customers must report within 48 hours with photos showing original packaging and damage.

If validated, KAMERCIO will offer a full refund or replacement.


8. Undelivered or Returned Packages

Packages may return to KAMERCIO if:

  • Customer unavailable for delivery attempts

  • Incorrect address or contact details

  • Customs charges not paid

  • Delivery refused

In these cases:

⚠️ Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
⚠️ Refund is not guaranteed
