1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing from KAMERCIO via our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use or purchase from our services.

2. Store Purpose

KAMERCIO specializes in handcrafted pure leather jackets for men and women, including fashion, biker, and premium leather outerwear.

3. Eligibility

  • Must be 13+ years old to browse the website.

  • Must be 18+ years old (or accompanied by legal guardian) to place an order.

4. Product Accuracy

  • KAMERCIO strives to display product colors, sizes, and details accurately.

  • Handcrafted leather variations (minor shade differences, natural marks, or texture variation) are not considered defects.

  • Minor stitching or grain variations are expected in genuine leather jackets.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may change without notice.

  • Payment must be completed in full before dispatch.

  • Fraudulent orders may be canceled without notice.

6. Orders & Cancellation

  • Standard orders can be canceled before dispatch at KAMERCIO’s discretion.

  • Custom or made-to-measure jackets cannot be canceled once production begins.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Free shipping worldwide.

  • Order processing: 5 business days.

  • Estimated delivery: 12–15 business days (Standard Shipping).

  • Buyers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and other applicable fees.

  • Always provide accurate address and contact info; incorrect info may delay delivery.

8. Returns & Refunds

  • Governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Only size changes are eligible for exchange; color changes are not approved.

  • Custom, personalized, and final sale items are non-returnable unless defective.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

  • KAMERCIO does not provide a lifetime warranty.

  • Defects caused by manufacturing errors may qualify for returns or replacement according to policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All content (brand name, logo, images, videos, text, and product descriptions) is property of KAMERCIO and cannot be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

11. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purchases

  • Resell KAMERCIO content or images

  • Misuse services, discounts, or refund claims

12. Limitation of Liability

KAMERCIO is not responsible for:

  • Subjective dissatisfaction with jacket fit, color, or style
